New features:

• Gold collection: getting gold for kills is no longer automatic. Now the player must mouse over the gold to collect it. This was changed to make the player more active during the wave phase.
• Screen shake: area-of-effect attacks now produce a small screen shake effect.
• World Map: a new map system has been added to give a sense of progression between levels.
• Music: added menu and battle theme music to the game.
