Town Defender

This is a small tower defense project I started for the Square Jam and has since evolved into a regular tower defense game. The final version of the Square Jam is still available as version 0.2.5.

Controls:

Click on the buttons in the bottom left corner to select your tower, then left click on the dark green squares to build your tower. 

Right click on towers between waves to sell for a refund of half the purchase costs.

To upgrade towers, click on the tower and either press "space" or click again using the center mouse button.

Enemies drop gold when killed. To collect the gold, position you mouse over it.

Tower Types:

Normal: just shoots arrows and does medium damage

Frost: shoots arrows of medium damage and slows enemies

Fire: shoots arrows of low damage, with continuing fire damage, and slightly speeds up enemies.

Cannon: fires an area of effect shot with medium damage

Upgrades: Increase range/increase damage/decrease cooldown times

Enemy Types:

Bats: Fast speed/ low health/ low damage

Rats: Very fast/ very low health/ low damage

Peasants: Medium speed/ low health/ low damage

Infected Peasants: Slow speed/ high health/ low damage

Woodcutters: Fast speed/ medium health/ medium damage

Armored Woodcutter: Medium Speed/ medium-high health/medium damage

Soldiers: Medium speed/ high health/ high damage
